Brief Introduction
The Shanghai Theory Day is an annual workshop, aimed to bring together people in Shanghai and nearby areas for one day of interaction and discussion. The Theory Day features several (usually 4-5) invited talks by leading theoretical computer scientists about state-of-the-art advances in various areas. It is free and open to everyone; in particular, students are encouraged to attend.
The meeting is sponsored by Special Interest Group on Theoretical Computer Science (SIGTCS) of Shanghai Computer Society (SCS), and this meeting is hosted by the Institute for Theoretical Computer Science (ITCS) of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE).
