Hotel Reservation and Notices

1. We can help you reserve the hotel with discount. Please fill the registration form as soon as possible to indicate your reservation information. Please download the Hotel Reservation Form [English], [中文版] .
2. Please send your reservation form to FAW2018@163.com. Once you get a confirmation email from the conference, then your reservation is complete. If you do not get a confirmation in 3 days, please resend your reservation form.
3. Once you have made the hotel reservation, we may not be able to accept any change for another type of hotel reservation.
4. If you do not make hotel reservation before April 6, 2018, you may not be able to use the special rate for the conference when you arrive at the hotel. In the worst case, you can not live in the conference hotel if already fully booked.

(1) From Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport （IATA code: CAN) to Guangzhou Southern Club Hotel：Take a taxi (around RMB200); Metro line #3 at Airport South Station,then transfer to Metro line #3 (bound for panyu square) at Sports west railway station,then transfer #8 at kecun station,then transfer #4 at Higher Education Mega Center South Station,then transfer bus #387 or #332 to North China road and walk 430 meters to the hotel, taking about 100 mins for the entire trip ;Similar for the return trip.
广州白云机场到广州大学城南国会国际会议中心：全程大约53km，地铁3号线北延段（体育西方向）→（体育西路站 下） 地铁3号线 （番禺广场方向）→ （客村站 下）地铁8号线 →（万胜围站 下） 地铁4号线→（大学城南站 下） 387路/332路 华工北路站（下） 步行430米到广州大学城南国会国际会议中心;或者乘坐的士（200rmb）.返程类似。

(2)From Guangzhou railway station to Guangzhou Southern Club Hotel：Take a taxi (around RMB50)；Metro line #5 (bound for wenchong station) , then transfer #4 at chebeinan (bound for Nansha Passenger Port) ,transfer to bus #387/#332 at Higher Education Mega Center South Station to North China road and walk 430 meters to the hotel , taking about 70 mins for the entire trip ;Similar for the return trip.
